I will be forever grateful for the company's culture of exploration, mentorship, training and development, which ignited my passion for sales and marketing and led directly to the amazing career I've had so far. Below are the companies and experiences where I amassed much of the experiential learning that I can bring to you and your firm.

My three core tenets.
When I reflect on my career, these are the touchstone tenets that I have always relied on and which I have since codified as personal guiding principles.
The thing about learning is that it never stops. And once you know something, you can't unlearn it; rather, you build upon it. I'm proud of everything I've learned over the years. I ask a lot of questions to understand the why behind the what. I'm grateful that people want to share what they know. I use what I've learned every day. And, I'm committed to learning more with every interaction.

Relationships matter. Trust and transparency in a business relationship go a long way. Add authenticity and I think you have the trifecta. My colleagues will always know what's on my mind, what I'm hoping to achieve and how they can help. My teams are empowered, passionate about their mission and motivated to deliver their best. In return, they know I'll do anything in my power to help them succeed. Check out my Word on the Street page to see more.

Honor your commitments.I set high expectations for myself and others: Do what you say you're going to do when you said you were going to do it and deliver a quality product. It's simple, but it can actually be tricky. Priorities change, roadblocks emerge, dependencies slow things down. Setting and managing expectations is an important skill, and communicating changes that may affect a commitment is paramount. Nobody likes a missed deadline, and less so when you find out after after the fact. I will deliver results that meet or exceed your expectations.
